About SanUp
SanUp is an innovative support initiative by the UN’s Sanitation and Hygiene Fund (SHF) and implemented by Cewas, to foster growth and sustainability of sanitation SMEs in urban Kenya and Uganda. Through tailored Technical Assistance (TA) and designing catalytic financing instruments of up to US$30.000, as well as preparing companies for larger follow-up funding, SanUp aims to transform sanitation services delivery across the region.

Are you a sanitation business working in Kenya or Uganda? Do you offer innovative, sustainable solutions to tackle lack of access to suitable products and services? Are you aiming to scale and become investment ready? We wanted to hear from you, and for that reason we opened the applications on June 30. The deadline for submit the application was August 1, 2025.
